The main objective of this project is to improve our business processes by optimizing relationships with our customers and within the company. This will be achieved by automating tasks in the areas of sales, customer service, and document management.
The main benefits we've gained from our CRM:
· Improve lead and customer tracking by collecting all relevant information to gain a 360° view of them.
· Work collaboratively.
· Automate the sales process.
· Manage documents more effectively.
This project has received a grant of €10,356.48 thanks to financial support from the Valencian Agency for Innovation (AVI).
